At Jamiah Faqihul-Ummah For Boys, we believe that Islamic education is not just a subject — it is the foundation of life itself. For every orphan in our care, the Madressah provides a spiritual anchor, shaping his faith, character, and connection to Allah ﷻ.

Our goal is to nurture boys who not only excel in secular studies but who also embody the principles of taqwa (God-consciousness), akhlaaq (good character), and ilm (sacred knowledge), becoming shining lights for their families, communities, and the Ummah.

The Importance of Islamic Knowledge

Allah ﷻ reminds us in the Qur’an:

“Say, ‘Are those who know equal to those who do not know?’ Only they will remember [who are] people of understanding.” (Surah Az-Zumar, 39:9)

And our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

“The best of you are those who learn the Qur’an and teach it.” (Bukhari)

Guided by these timeless words, we treat education as an act of worship and a lifelong duty.

Transforming Lives Through Knowledge

The Madressah is not only about teaching — it is about transformation. Boys raised here carry their knowledge into adulthood, becoming:

Huffaaz (memorizers of Qur’an).
Leaders in the community who guide salah and Islamic programs.
Educators and role models, inspiring others to hold fast to Islam.

Qur’an Studies

Daily recitation and memorization (hifz) of Qur’an.
Mastery of tajweed (rules of recitation).
Tafseer lessons to understand the meanings and wisdom of the Qur’an.

Islamic Sciences

Aqeedah (belief): Strengthening iman through correct understanding of tawheed.
Fiqh (jurisprudence): Practical rulings for daily life (salah, fasting, zakat, halal/haram).
Seerah (Prophetic biography): Learning from the life, mercy, and struggles of Rasulullah ﷺ.
Hadith studies: Memorization of selected ahadith with explanations.
Akhlaaq & Adab: Building noble manners, respect for parents, teachers, and elders.

Iman Growth

Daily salah performed in congregation at the Jamaat-Khana.
Regular dhikr (remembrance of Allah) circles and dua gatherings.
Tarbiyah sessions that focus on personal discipline, responsibility, and service to others.

Community Madressah Programs

Our Madressah extends beyond the orphans to benefit the wider community:

Women’s Madressah

Weekly sessions for women covering Qur’an, Hadith, and fiqh.
Safe and supportive environment for sisters to increase knowledge.

Youth & Adults Programs

Evening or weekend classes for community members.
Tafseer circles, fiqh workshops, and seerah studies.
Seasonal programs during Ramadan and other Islamic months.

Our Madressah Facilities

Jamaat-Khana: A dedicated salaah space that doubles as a classroom for Qur’an and Hadith lessons.
Classrooms: Comfortable spaces for structured learning.
Wudhu-Khana: Fully equipped ablution areas, instilling the habit of taharah (purity).
Library & Resources: Access to Islamic books, study aids, and online resources.
